In this project for Blank, we explored the dynamics of salary negotiations within the creative field.
We discovered that common salary surveys had some real limitations, in terms of what insights they could actually provide.

Therefore we made a service to improve the way we conduct salary surveys that we called ”Thru”. We explored both the experience of filling in the survey and the presentation of data.
